The room reeked a bit. when i wanted a hot shower i had to ask reception to switch it on, and they turned it off pretty quickly after! it was a rather weird system. also, i wouldn't recommend using their driver service. Our driver wanted us to pay for his parking costs when he arrived way too early. what a joke!

the staff was amazing! they were very helpful and kind in every way. the rooms included attached bathrooms. the value for the price was excellent. the staff gave advice on how to get around and deal with the city. i really recommend this hotel for first-timers!

the pillows were stained under the pillowcases, so i didn't use them. the blankets also had stains and looked filthy. i wish they provided blanket covers.

the hotel is conveniently located near both the metro and railway stations. many shops are nearby, which makes it easy to do some last-minute shopping for home. the location is perfect, close to the train station and city center.

wifi worked well . the staff helped arrange pickup from the airport for 780 inr. i appreciated that the staff carried heavy luggage up and down the stairs. they always did it with big smiles.

the hotel arranged a convenient pickup from the airport for 780 inr. they also offered a sightseeing tour of the city for 2500 inr, i found so helpful. the room has everything i needed. breakfast always had so many options for starting the day.

i noticed slight stains under the pillowcases, i use my own instead. i wish they paid a bit more attention to the small things.
